The holidays can be a tough time for a variety of seasons. I know that my mood and anxiety ebb and flow during this time of year. I’ve created a holiday mixtape to share with my friends, in an attempt to keep you upbeat this December.
Maybe you burnt the Christmas cookies, are missing a loved one, or couldn’t find a parking spot at the mall and want to kill someone. This mixtape will be revealed a song a day leading up to Christmas (just like an advent calendar). My hope is that it keeps you dancing, boosts your holiday spirit, indulges your moping a bit, and allows you to keep your sanity.
